When you’ve decided you want WFHB to purchase your property, we’ll ask you some more questions about the property, what your ideal outcome would be, and how fast you’d like us to achieve that for you. No two situations are the same, and all this information will help us to create a custom solution according to your specific real estate problems.

If we feel we can be of maximum service after this initial consultation, we’ll ask you to for permission to view the property. We’ll gather some more information, discuss the sale and value of the houses around you, and go over your overall goal.

But ultimately you know what’s best for you. We’ll present our offer, and you can decide if it fits.
