Stinson’s professional background began in marketing and business development, where he built and scaled companies through strategic systems and disciplined execution. He entered real estate by acquiring a HomeVestors (“We Buy Ugly Houses”) franchise in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, where he operated wholesale and renovation businesses before transitioning into independent investing. He later co-founded national real estate education platforms, including FlipNerd, Investor Machine, and Investor Fuel, helping thousands of investors build and scale their businesses. While he has been involved in national ventures, his primary commitment today is local: solving real estate problems for homeowners in Central Texas. Stinson does not list houses.
